The society depicted shows how institutionalized some prejudices are towards men versus women. About the film: Everyone said Cassie (Carey Mulligan) was a promising young woman…until a mysterious event abruptly derailed her future. But nothing in Cassie’s life is what it appears to be: she’s wickedly smart\, tantalizingly cunning\, and she’s living a secret double life by night. Now\, an unexpected encounter is about to give Cassie a chance to right the wrongs of the past in this thrilling and wildly entertaining story. The film is the directors debut of Emereld Fennel\, known for writing and producing the hit-series Killing Eve. The film has won the Oscar for Best Original Screenplay and many other prizes.

DESCRIPTION: Come visit the world’s first publicly accessible art storage facility Depot Boijmans van Beuningen with us! We’re going on a tour to get a behind the scenes look and will see some of the top art works from the museum.  Depot Boijmans Van Beuningen displays the museum’s entire art collection and offers visitors a behind-the-scenes view of how a museum works. In the Depot\, fourteen compartments are fitted with shelves\, racks and cabinets for all different kinds of artworks. There are compartments for paintings\, metal objects\, organic and non-organic materials\, and black-and-white and colour photography. The depot compartments have climate control; the temperature and humidity are kept stable. From the circulation route\, the stairs and the lift you can see the artworks from a variety of angles. Accompanied by a guide\, we will also get a behind the scenes look on what the people are working on. The tour will be English spoken and only accessible for EUR-students. After the tour there is plenty of time to take a walk around by yourself and take lots and lots of pictures of this iconic building. \n\n\n\nThe event is SOLD OUT!

We’re super excited to announce that we’ll be taking you to Brussels for our first city trip in 2022! The price includes transport by bus\, a ticket to the chocolate museum\, Belgian beer\, Belgian fries.  \n\n\n\nThe Programme:\n\n\n\nAt 8:30 we will gather and once we are ready\, the bus will take us straight to Brussels. On the way to the attractions located closer to the city center\, we plan to see the Atomium. Then\, we will continue the trip with visiting the European Parliament\, and after that you will have time to eat lunch or explore the city individually. Next\, all of us will get together to walk through the streets of Brussels to see the city’s highlights and to visit the chocolate museum. Afterward\, you will have a chance to eat Belgian fries and to rest with a beer in a bar. Once we have completed the entire plan\, we will gather around 11 pm and head back to Rotterdam!
