Applications for Wintrodays 2024 are now closed.
In January, new international students in Rotterdam participate in the ESN Intro Days. For this, we need many guides who are willing to guide a group of about 12-18 students around Rotterdam for two days (20th and 21th January 2024). Furthermore, there will be a day for the guide training wherein we will explain what you can expect from us and what we will expect from you. Training dates will be sent to you shortly after applications.
As a guide, you are open-minded, friendly, and respectful at all times. You try to keep your group together and make sure everyone has a good time. You make sure all group members are present at the right activities at the right time and you keep in contact with the board members whenever that is needed. You will also make sure everyone is comfortable and that you and your group are following the rules and regulations of the board and the Dutch government.
What do you get as a guide? Apart from having a great time, you get to take part in every event for free. Of course, you will be expected to help during these events and take the initiative when there is something wrong with someone in your group. But apart from those few instances where there is something that needs your attention, you will be having dinner and lunch with your group for free, you will be eating unlimited pancakes while on a boat tour for free, and many more!
